It's 14 days if you want to receive a refund, and 30 days if you just want to exchange the phone.

Again, read the back of your receipt. That says it all. Who cares what other people say. Go by the receipt. The 15 days only refer to the contract signed with the carrier not RS. Once agin read the back of your receipt.

I read the Receipt. Called the store, and read them the back of the receipt and they said 14 days in one instance and 15 days in another instance. I hope your 14 days have not passed.

Call for yourself. (301) 984-5682

Why, so they can give you a different answer?
The black and white written in front of you is not enough?

every one is right...

you have 30 days to return the phone.

but your vzw contract is only 14 days to cancel.

so before 14 days you should be able to get all your money back (- the prorated time on your one months VZW usage) after 14 days you are locked into a vzw account, and you can still exchange the phone at RS, but you have to get another one there or pay the ETF

If you do not need to cancel a contract (pre-existing customer), you can return the phone within 30 days for a full refund. I didn't sign a new contract when I bought the phone at RS; I can return the phone to RS on the 29th day, get a FULL REFUND, my current contract still remain in effect, I go to Verizon whenever a...

Then your ok. If you did not pay full retail price, then the 15/30 day thing applies.

Unless you plan on canceling your contract along with the return of the phone, there is no EFT and you do not have to get an other phone from RS. You can continue your contract until you decide to get another phone or use the phone you had before, etc after you get your money back from RS.

ok yeah, if you bought it retail, then i guess it has nothing to do with your contract, its no different then buying a flashlight, its just a product to them, and yes you could just pay for a contract youre not using instead of the eft. and if you had a vzw phone you can just go back to it.

Correct.
To make it clear and simple, RadioShack's refund policy is 30 days. Verizon gives you 15 days to cancell you contract. The 15 days has NOTHING to do with RadioShack's merchandise return. It is clearly stated in the back of the receipt. It says to contact the service provider for their policy.

The way I understand it, yes you have 30 days to return/refund any PRODUCT at RS, but in order to cancel any changes made to your CONTRACT with VZW, or to cancel your contract if you're a new VZW customer, you must go back within 15 days.

For example, if I want to take advantage of my ne2 eligibility, I would have to return the phone w/in 15 days at RS and then I would be re-eligible for ne2 at VZW store.

Anybody agree?
