Anyone else's phone randomly restart?
This is kinda weird.
It's happened about 3 times since I've had the phone. I'm in the recent calls list or the phonebook and the screen shuts off for about 1 sec than comes back frozen for 1 second then asks me for my lock code when it finally comes back. I turned off the autolock so I won't have to do that but I still want to know why it crashes.
Anyone else have this bug?

It is a defect and once the 11th comes around, I suggest you swing by a VZW store to have a tech. swap it out for you. I would be so unhappy and refuse to keep it if this happened to me. Stop by a store on 08/11/04 and they will help you out. 😁

This has happened to me several times while I have been using the web browser. It will shut down, go to white screen, display no service, then restart and go to main screen. One time the screen kept strobing and locked up. I had to take off battery, let sit, then reinstall battery and restart. Too unstable a software platform, as of now to be a reliable communication device. I'm no good at smoke signals. Planning to return and wait and see if Motorola can solve all the problems, and make this a reliable phone. For now will reactivate my old reliable V60. Battery life is AWFUL, and indicator stays at full charge then plunges quickly to low battery. You can't accurately judge how much time you have left. Not like STARTAC, Timeports, or V60. Ca...

How odd. I haven't experienced any of these things - the phone hasn't crashed on me yet. I don't use MW2.0, my account is still set up for 1.0. I do have MPT working with USB - it's fantastic (user error?). Sorry...

no!! mine does it when iam on mobilweb 2.0, and it did it yesterday when i disconnected from the bluetooth headset and i was getting a call at the same time, it never locks, mine goes to blank screen,to white screen,to analog service, then regular????? thats weird
