Motorola V710
Official Release Date w/ Picture of Verizon InfoCenter
Hi,
Since this is news already I figured that I would post the proof to back up the claim before.
This is from a site available to Indirect Agents & Retailers.

Again my quick plug:
Visit http://www.v710.net and bookmark it today!
I am actively seeking web developers with experience configuring PHP, CGI, and Apache/Win32 Version.
Stay tuned, more info is coming soon.
As for all those burned by the Direct2u fiasco, I apologize, but in my message I said this should work, that it was untested and liable to be stopped the minute discovered by corporate. I hope some of you got it, by getting in early.
Keep the true information coming!
Thanks in advance!

You can get the viewer from adobe.com 😁
Full retail price of the phone w/out a contract is $419.99, but I think it could be dependent on certain regions.

It doesn't list anything about the MP3 player under the features section on Page 1. I also couldn't find anything mentioned about it in the official v710 User Manual that was posted earlier tonight. I wonder if VZW had that feature eliminated.
Yes, the MP3 was a big part of this phone for me. Hell, it was even in their little video. :/

I WORK FOR RADIOSHACK BUT DON'T REPRESENT THEM OFFICIALLY IN ANY CAPACITY
Im sorry I don't have pricing information other that 519 full retail pricing, 319 initial out the door price, and 249 being the final cost on new 2 year agreements. I imagine that a 2 yr upgrade should qualify for the same pricing.
TO PUT THE RUMORS TO REST:
RS DOES NOT!!!! Honor New-Every 2. Although in the Chicago Market our pricing is usually lower than that of Verizon. We change promotions fast too. Example is the V60s, it is 69.99 at VZW, 9.99 at RS both with 2yr Agreements.
So my advice is if you are under contract with out the possibility of getting upgrade pricing, buy the phone as soon as possible from a RadioShack.

O yea, that makes sense, the 1 year contract price is MORE than the no contract price. Yipee!
