How long did it take you guys to receive your settlement phone??

I ordered my phone from the website on Saturday May 6th and haven't received any sort of email confirmation, order reference, and my debit card hasn't been debited. Anyone know what the turn around is supposed to be? I sent an email to that address the told us to direct order questions to this morning but haven't heard back from them yet. My v710 decided to start giving me a white screen last week (surprise surprise), so I'm anxious to get my replacement phone.

I got my replacement phone within a week. The customer service response in very slow/poor. But that nothing new for Verizon. At least we're getting a free replacement phone.

yeah, but did you ever receive some kind of email confirmation or anything like that? The replacement website won't let me log back in b/c it says I've already ordered the replacement phone. When did you notice your account had been debitted?

I noticed the same thing. I ordered my phone early Friday morning (5/5) I didn't get a confirmation email, nor was my account debited. I called VZW yesterday (5/Cool and they told me my account does not reflect any orders being placed. I was frustrated and I sent an email just like you did and got no response. I called again today (5/9) and they said my phone was just shipped out today. They gave me a tracking number too which places it at my crib around 3PM tomorrow (5/10). Yessssssssssssssss.

Oh ok, so I'm not the only one. That's a relief! I don't see why they don't send out an order reference anyway. It's a good thing their network is awesome and I don't have to deal w/customer service often...

I ordered a phone on Monday the 22nd needing it by the 25th - yeah, tight, but someone else I talked to got theirs within 2 days, so I figured it just might work if they shipped out Monday, which they should have. I wouldn't have waited so long, but I wanted more info on the Q, which I'm skipping at this point.

So far I've called twice, and each time they tell me my order will go to the next available representative for processing - WTF does that mean?

Everyone else in the online world seems to be able to ship out same day or next day, so Verizon has no excuse for taking several days to ship out a new phone.

Then, here's the kicker - I called today, 5/24, to ask again whether the phone had shipped - they said no, and I asked ...

The key is............just go to the store and buy whatever you want and have them print out duplicate receipts. Instant gratification!
