Exchange without contract

Lets assume I have 2 months beofre NE2. Can I take my phone with $320 of receipts, swap it out for a new E815 (no contract) for $220 and buy $100 of accessories? Then wait two months on my original contract and get a NE2 credit against a cheap renewal at a discounted price (ie. $50 for an E815).

Short answer is no. Buying a phone off the website will reset your NE2 for an additional 22 months.
