Motorola V710 Settlement Return of Warranty echanged E815

Anyone know if there is a way to option 3 return E815 after Verizon did a warranty exchange last month of my V710 that I was planning on returning. The E815 is a reconditioned phone utilizing my worn out V710 battery.
