V710 swap question.... please help
I was just wondering if anyone knows what the deal really is. I read on this sight that I am supposed to go to the websight, choose my phone, have them bill it to my credit card and send in my old phone for a refund. But when I spoke to someone at Verizon coustomer service, they told me that I should log into my account page on verizonwireless.com, and select phone upgrades. They have 1 phone that is free but the rest all cost money, which she said I would have to pay.
So whats the deal here?

go to the v710 exchange website and buy your phone there once you have received your paperwork from verizon. The customer service rep you spoke with is wrong. They are not informed on the lawsuit and cannot speak about it. If you buy from the regular verizon site you will not get your settlement and will be disqualified from ever getting it.
