This is terrible. Terrible prices. Terrible everything. I think I'll just stick to Verizon til my contract expires in August and switch to Tmobile. I'll just throw the Package for this settlement away when I get it.

I just broke my V710 and went to look at other phones. Tmobile was right next store and there phones are amazing. Verizon coverage is still the best. I get coverage while snowboarding down a mountian in the middle of nowhere utah. But there phone all suck and even the good ones they screw upp with there programming. Correct if Im wrong but the V710 is the only phone that you can use that allows you to add your own ringtones. They make a killing off of selling ringtones. I hate the service and I am also thinking of going to Tmobile or back to cingular when my contract is up.

You'll regret it. I know, the VZW phones suck. But one day you'll be out snowboarding in Utah and you'll break your leg. Your T-Mo or your cingualr will only be good for playing games while you lay there waiting to die because you have no signal to call for help. Zero bars that is.

Ya, know there was not one spot on that campus that I could get a signal. When I was with Cingular I could be 3 miles from my house and I would be roaming. This isn't just my opinion either. Consumer Reports spends month tabulating information from it's readers and testing the signals of all these company's. Consumer Reports also finds out what company's get the most complaints at the government level. Cingular has a bad track record in ...

Thanks for the feedback.

I am not sure what to do now. I don't use the phone that much so I am debating if (for me) its a toy first and then a phone!
My friends have t-mobile and are pretty happy with them here in LA (The Valley). Otherwise it's gonna be another chunk of change back into VZW for the treo 700w!
