Is there a way to have the word Mom at the top of my contact list (since it starts with an M, it's way down on the list, unless I put a-Mom.)
Is there another way for it to stay up there, and if so, can you still use the voice command by saying "Mom"? I tried *Mom, but that didn't put it at the top.

Yep. When in any category in your Phonebook, hit that top-middle button on your keypad (the one with the four dashes), and select Setup, then set the "Sort by" to "Speed No". You'll have to assign the lowest speed dial number to "Mom".

Thanks DuckOfPrey! I knew there had to be a way. The users manual doesn't have nearly enough info in it. The menus this phone generates is endless, it boggles the mind! 😁
