Motorola V220

I'M GOING THROUGH A CRISIS HERE!

i have the v220. i have had it for less than a week and for the life of me i can not figure out why i cant send a picture to friends. I get message saying that it is 'unable to send'. I can recieve them only the phone wont actually let me see them. I cant seem to connect to anything else either. Like i try connectin to 'my account' but i get a message saying the 'connection is unavailable'. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME I'M GOING CRAZY! 😳

If you have cingular,call customer care and see if you have the proper pay per use features on your account. a couple of missing features is probably causing your head ache. It should only take a few moments to get the problem fixed.
