There is a website (www.planetringtone.net) that will allow you to pay an annual fee of something ridiculously small (like 6 bucks) and then you can not only download graphics from their file libraries, but you can also upload your own graphics/photos from your pc to planetringtone, which will then send the graphics/photos to your phone.
