I have a new faceplate I'd like to put on my v180, but I can't seem to figure out how to remove the original one. The new faceplate has spots for the Torx screws, but I don't see them anywhere on the original. Can anyone help? Thanks.

hi. on my phone i am able to remove the original faceplate by wedging my nail under the very top of the faceplate and then just pulling it off. i havent, however, ever replaced a faceplate and do not know if this is even the right way to remove it. hope this helps.

The way this user removed it above is the right way with your finger nail. It says it in your guide book.

I agree with BlueR but that is only part of the story. You have probably purchased covers to replace the silver part of your phone. For the front cover, torx screws are exposed by using your fingernail to remove the secondary cover (black with message/time window. To replace the back cover, remove the battery to expose the torx screws.
