well mine is having problems but i'm hopin it's a fluke, other than that it seems like a good basic phone, it isn't too fancy but does have a lot of features and is very lightweight and compact. the keys are pretty small so if you have big fingers you may want to pass - i have very small hands but have found it a little awkward at times & i have to kind of use my fingernails to dial. i've only had it a week and i need to take it back to fix what seems like some kind of battery issue, so i haven't gotten too into the features but it seems pretty simple to figure out. it comes with a lot of ringtones & you can set images and ringtones for each person in your phonebook, as well as a voice tag. if you're getting it free or cheap with new ser...

This phone will sometimes just basically shut off...the screen will go black and the phone is non-responsive. This requires taking the battery out and reinserting it. My father cleaned the contacts on the battery with an old toothbrush, and it stopped doing that for quite a while, but now is starting to do it again. My teenage daughter also has one of these phones, but she is very careful with it. I refused to buy one for my teenage son, as I know he will kill it very quick...

Wink I've had this phone for a year and I llike it just fine. I also have a co-worker who has the same exact phone for a lot longer then I have and she likes hers as well. So many people have given it such bad reviews which is strange that my experience would be so different.

I'm upgrading my phone to a Samsung e635 - but only because it's free with contract extension and has a camera.
