SDIO card question

I may sound pretty stupid for asking this question... or a little naive... but with the SDIO card capability, I understand that it is capable of bluetooth, but does that mean that it would only be "DATA CAPABLE" or would it be able to support voice as well (i.e. bluetooth headset, car kit, etc.)?

All of the Bluetooth SDIO cards I know of so far don't do voice. I think it's impossible. The card would need a connection to the actual voice circuits of the phone, which are not part of an SDIO slot.

Bluetooth SDIO cards are designed mostly for adding Bluetooth to standalone (non-wireless) PDAs, so they can connect to the Internet through a cell phone with built-in Bluetooth.

The SDIO slot on this device would be more useful for something like a SDIO wi-fi card.
