Questions on video playback...

I just bought my 6620 about 2 weeks ago, and I was just wondering why videos are not being recognized on my phone. I do the classic "drag-and-drop" via memory card reader like I did with my former Audiovox SMT5600. Pictures and Mp3's work well, I just have a problem with the videos. My sister also had a 6620 until she got the 6682 recently, and she said she had the same problem. Is it because of the Real Player, or possibly something else? Do I have to use it in a different format? Sorry if this is a dumb question. I'm just curious what you guys think could be the problem...any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Most likely the wrong format. For high-quality video playback on the 6620, I'd highly recommend checking out an application called SmartMovie. It comes with both a player for your phone, as well as a converter for your PC. Then you just convert any movie/video file for playback on your phone. It's very easy to use. Thanks. I actually downloaded the app that night I posted my question. The PC Suite can also convert videos, but they're not as smoothe as SmartMovie.

In case anyone is wondering, below are the settings I've found to be optimal for playback on the 6620...

Landscape
Reduce Frames: ON
Codec: XVID
Video Bitrate: 96 kbps

Audio Enabled
Force Mono: ON
Frequency: 16000 Hz
Audio Bitrate: 24 kbps
