Setting up an unlocked 6620 - ?s on contacts and dowloading

I just got a new unlocked 6620 and am using it with T-mobile (they used to carry the 6600 but not anymore...the 6620 is not one of their phones) My old phone was the Nokia 3650.

1) I am trying to migrate my contacts from the 3650 to the 6620. When I back up to my memory card on the 3650 and try to upload them to the 6620 it never gives me a "restore" option. Is there something else I need to do? I have tried using both the old and new memory cards...

2) when I try to go to certain download zones from "t-zones" I get a message that states even though my phone may be set up to download images etc that my phone is not supported. How else can I set up my phone to download?

Any suggestions on either would be greatly appreciated.

Try using the SIM to transfer the contacts. Also their is a program Nokia suite available from Nokia.com that will help, but you should be able to do it with only the SIM.

As for the message/internet settings you will have to get them from Tmobile, either from the website or call them.

Thanks for the suggestion. Right now the only way I can get them on the SIM is 1 at a time. Since the op sys seems to be different between the 2 it won't let me save to memory card and restore. SIM does seem to be the only option.

Does anyone know about using bluetooth to download to the nokia suite program?

Thanks!!
