I am looking at buying this phone and had a couple questions regarding the mp3 playback. First can the mp3s be played back over the bluetooth headset, and secondly is their an adapter to use to connect a pair of regular headphones?

Yes, mp3s can be played back over the Bluetooth headset, although as you can probably guess quality is not superb. Besides that I don't like listening to the music in one ear only.

I don't think you can get an adaptor to connect regular 3.5 jack headphones into the Nokia's proprietary input, I'm not sure about that. Let us know what you find out.

You have to buy Nokia's stereo headset (they have to make their money somehow...lol). It sounds great though, I really love it. I own both regular model and "fashion" (or whatever they called it) model. I like the regular much better.

Hope that helps

I also have the stereo headset and am quite satisfied with the quality as of yet.

Still waiting for my 1Gb MMC card before I really start to use my phone as my mp3 device.

DocNsanE;

I thougt that we could only use up to a 128 meg on the 6620. I have a 512, I guess I will have to try it.

I have a 512MB and it works fine!

I got the white headset, which is the fashion one, I guess, and while the sound is quite good, the cables are so stiff, inflexible, as to make it virtually unusable.

Is the standard stereo set, I guess that's the HS-8, any better?
