This phone is HOTT

I Find when talking on this Phone it gets really hot really fast, sometimes only after ten minutes or so. This happens even faster when I talk on it when its charging,for obvious reasons it seems thats not a good idea.. well I heard a myth that the phone will actually explode if it gets too hott!! can anyone confirm this as true? I guess it could happen with most phones... I dunno am I alone on this???
