no streaming?

hi, I have the new hydro life phone and I'm discovering it seems it does not have live streaming capabilities. Am i right? If I'm not, how can I stream live TV?

I think the T-Mobile one has the T-Mobile TV app, I don't remember if metro has a TV app of its own, I rooted and removed my bloat apps the day I got my phone
