☹️ My phone went on Car kit mode. I dont know why. I cant hear anything when I make a call. I tried calling my bros phone that was in the same room as me and his phone got my called but I could not hear anything. I cant hear when people call me.... What can I do? Does anyone have this problem?

I had this after my phone was 2 days old. The only way to "un-car kit" it was to plug in the power cord for a moment and then it returned to normal.
