Ringtone Memory Problem
i downloaded ringers off of a website and im trying to save them as my sounds as ringtones but it keeps saying "memory full" i deleted a lot of ringtones from my phone and it still says that. i went to the verizon store and the guy himself didnt know the problem he said it has to be the amount of picturees i have. but when i want to take pics the memory is enough and could get used up. i know the limit is something like 120 pics you can have saved and i have 108 pics. how come my memory is full only when it coems to saving ringtones? please answer!

I don't know if this could be the problem or not - but it might be worth checking. Is your voice memo memory full? Or have you recorded a lot of your own ringers? Just a thought - and hopefully you get it fixed.

I had the same issue. The previous guy has a point, erase voice memos if you have them. Also, your phone is only equipped to hold so many ringtones so it is very possible for the memory to be full, you may need to erase some.
