1. u can store pics on line and send it back and forth to your phone or n e one elses.
2. the cost depends on your package for example i have 20 px and 500 tex for 7.99 a month now if i go over it's .25 per message.
and for in coming flixs it's also .25 but if u wanna upload a flix and it's not in your package it's .50 cents per message.
