I have been trying for some time now to download ringtones, but have not been successful. I saved mp3's from www.walmart.com and renamed them to ".mid" I have registered at www.vzwpix.com.
The problem I am facing is that I am unable to log in to www.vzwpix.com. A message reading "Login Failure Authentication Failure" is displayed every time I try logging in. I was wondering if anybody else has had this trouble, and what they did to remedy this.

This is your email address yournumber@vzwpix.com, there are no dashes anywhere in the number, you send the file .mid file as an attachment and your phone should recieve it. 😁

I too am experiencing a problem uploading my .mid file to my phone. 1st of all, I saved the file as an mp3, then I renamed the file to .mid (the actual file name is : gstarr.mid.mp3). Then I browsed for the file on vzwpix.com and tried to add the file, and I get tis error message : (Upload Warning

ok...go to walmart.com...click on music...SAVE a clip on ur desktop...then go to goldwave.com...download goldwave...once the program starts..click on...file...open...open up the song...then click SAVE AS....22050 kbs i think...n then go to ur desktop...right click....click RENAME...and name it whateveryouwant.MID...n then go the rest on verizon site

Yes, I had the same prob and couldnt figure it out either so I finally called verizon and the lady told me you cant get on www.vzwpix.com on AOL you have to get on it from Enternet the big blue (e)..she said aol has a personal fire wall thats why it wont let u log on and it says failure log in. so just go to enternet type in www.vzwpix.com ur number and password then click on create and upload ur song from ur pc by clicking on sound...and then send it to ur phone and u should be fine!! member to save it to .mid after u save it to save as after right clicking it on walmart...example say the song is called save me...write it in as (saveme.mid) dont use spaces...hope this helps have a good one!! 🙂
