If the HTC One had been waterproof, then I would be okay with no changeable battery, but I laugh when everyday I see some poor Iphone sucker carrying around their charger looking for a place to plug it in at the mall or in a restaurant. (or sealed Android user, too). When I get home at night, I have a fresh GS4 battery charged in the external charger which you can buy on Amazon for like $19. You will be able to buy a spare Note 3 battery for about $7 or so on Amazon in just a few weeks. Don't worry about buying the OEM ones. I can head out with a half charged battery, or in under 60 seconds, a fresh one is installed and my phone is booting back up. LOVE IT.

I had the Note 2 and adored it. Then I went to the GS4 because of some of the new oooohs and aaaahs features, and while they were cool, I really missed the screen size. So the moment the Note 3 comes out for my carrier, I am snagging one along with the Galaxy Gear. (nobody seems to understand how really cool this device is). By the way, if you get the GS4 or Note 3, consider a fly grip. Its one of the worlds coolest inventions. Look it up in you tube and watch the video. Its this tiny clip that sticks to the back of your phone or phone's case and makes it super duper easy to hold. It lets even a small woman with small hands reach the entire screen (yes, the entire screen) with just one hand which you won't be able to do without it.

Good luck deciding. May the force be with you. Laughing
