Please diregard my review

I have now had this phone 2 weeks, I do wish to have anything good I said about it negated.
The display has gone completely blank, and the phone power-cycles whenever it feels the need, whether I'm on a call or otherwise. The only acceptable quality of this phone is the reception. Now a whole new can of worms... I have a business account with Sprint, so I called to get a replacement, I went through some serious BS to find out that my business rep had to authorize the replacement. First I had to find and contact said business rep, he made sure that proper notation was made on my account, and I called again. Things went much smoother this time...until, the rep I was speaking with said "Uh-oh". Apparently, sprint does not warrant this phone as they do others, I'm guessing it is because they wanted to see that motorola was going to make a good product for them. Luckily, Lockline has the phone available, and I managed to get Sprint to credit me the 35 dollar deductible so I could just have the insurance company replace it. This entire process took 6 days...what a pain. Even though the insurance company is sending me a new phone, I will be returning to the Sanyo product, I have newer had a single problem with their phones Very Happy
