Today, I just downloaded from AT&T software and I hoped that it was fixed-- alas---the computer did not recognize the Pantech phone. Last month, I registered the phone at Pantech and downloaded the "PC Suite" and I used "Driver Detector" for checking the driver. The driver was good but my computer did not connect the phone.
