Motorola A630

I have had my A630 for over 2 months now. I absolutely love it. Here's the problem. My phone book on the sim card from my old nextel was unable to be transferred to my new t-mobile phone. OK. I entered every single number manually. With a little help from the T-mobile website which you can upload numbers. I entered numbers into the phone as follows. for example: adam's home went under adam's home number. (easy right) wrong...) When I add adam's cell number under his original entry it will only save it on the phone itself and not the sim card. I only found this out today while at my local T-mobile store. Here lies my next problem my phone is now broken. the inside screen doesn't work I can no longer view anything on it. The phone still dials out and recieves calls. I can still view the phone book and text messages from the outside screen. The rep at tmobile had me take out my sim card and low and behold every single number that I have is saved to the phone and not to the sim card. How can I transfer those numbers to the sim card or transfer them to my new phone. I have purchased the mobile phone tools but I believe that I'm missing a cd and haven't gotten it to work. Is there a cable that I can down load the numbers to my computer and the upload them back to the new phone??? Sorry for the long post I have run into a dead end with motorola and T-mobile any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to add another 200+ numbers manually into my phone again
