Is the A630 that you can buy Directly from the Motorola site unlocked or locked?

I thought it was Unlocked. But I got my head chewed off in one of these forums for saying what I thought! So I'm not entirely sure. If you click the link to buy it, i believe it takes you to a screen asking about service providers. I think the best answer would be found by calling Motorola directly and ask if they sell them unlocked.

i posed the question to motorola's store site reps about two weeks ago. their reply stated that a630s bought from the motorola site (even if bought without service) are locked to tmobile.
