Wow, I just found out that my first month with tmobile will be costing me around $170+ for the month.
I am getting s#$%^% with text messaging.
Aol messenger is definately not part of tzones unlimited. Each and every one of those messages is a text message, and if you go over your alloted text plan it's five cents for each message there after.
I was signed up to the 300 mess. plan, and did something like over 1100 msgs, all on aol mssngr.
They are charging me $59.00 just for text messages alone 👿, and will not reduce the cost or anything.

This is why I never take "one" reps word for anything. I usually call back the next day and "check" that what they said was true. If they say something different I say "hey this person told me different check your notes."

if you remember the reps name and the date you called they keep every call logged into their computers, i work with telesales with t-mobile and we have all the calls logged, so as long as you have that info you just need a supervisor to listen to the call for you and find out if you were misinformed about the t-zones covering aim.

If you would have kept the rep's name and ID number you would have gotten a credit to your account and the mistake would be honnored. Be careful next time, there are really interesting people working in the wireless business customer service. Better luck next time.
