I'll kiss Phonepimp if it comes out for Tmobile in either one of the above mentioned months.

We actually will be getting it a few months sooner as that is part of our agreement with Motorola.

Do you mean T-Mobile will be getting this phone soon?

It's rumored they may, then again rumors in this industry are a dime a million! 😉

I know that very well. When I was with T Mobile, I knew the manager there. They would always say that they're getting certain model phones. Yet, ATTW or Cingular would always get it.

T-Mobile has been very weird lately on their phone choices but the models they go with are usually very good, many of them are higher end and thus limit what the average customer has to choose from. I heard that may be changing soon as some, so who knows what will show up in a few months. 😲

The release of this Nokia with T Mo seemed to have been a good choice. I would've thought that T Mo would have gotten the V600 or V400.

Don't quote me but the prices I have so far are:

No contract: $399.99
1yr contract: $349.99
2yr contract: $299.99

A little more than the V600 but that may change when it hits the stores.

Are these prices for a direct or indirect dealer?

No, there is no exclusivity for this phone.

If T-Mobile gets it sooner, it will only be because it passes T-Mobile's testing sooner. It's just as likely that it could go the other way and Cingular could release it first.

It's planned for Sept/Oct, but things like that are never set in stone. Delays are the norm in this industry, so it's impossible to say at the point.
