I feel your pain...
I too am playing the waiting game, though not for an a630. I'm waiting for the release of the Sony Ericsson S710a. You guys think there's been a lot of posts in this forum? Hop over to the S710a forum - well over 40 pages for a phone that hasn't even been released yet.
I work for Cingular & have confirmed through my contacts that the S710a is to be released very soon, but I haven't heard anything about the a630 yet. I know that it IS showing up on my recent price lists, but it also says not yet available for order. In my experience with this company, seeing how things are now, I honestly wouldn't expect anything for at least a month from now if I were any of you guys.

That sucks wind like Christopher Reeves at a peep show!! (Posthumous humor is a tribute not a defamation). I am on a month to month with Nextel and have been for several months waiting on the A630 and they are sticking it to me like I'm in maximum security and look like Will from Will&Grace! Spend the 2 weeks of R&D and fix the bugs and release it already....They built Rome in a day for crimmineys sake!(I'll poke fun at CR but NOT the Lord!!) 😳
