I saw this phone in Glamour Magazine as available already!!
Magazine ads are printed two months in advance to the release of a certain product. Ex. Have you seen a magazine ad for a cd release "In stores now" only to learn that the date is pushed back and the ad is wrong. This may be the case. The phone is not actually in stores now but was projected to in stores when magazine went to print...Oh yea I sell magazine ads.

So in any event that is at least a good indication that the phone will be coming pretty soon right?

not really...but seein as it's on the pricing lists from Cing. "approx availability November" you can probably look for it to drop then...I'd say around the middle of the month. Just to be on the safe side.
