Motorola V400
PLEASE HELP ASAP=)
Ok SO I got my V400 2 years ago and the cingular guy told me to save my phone #'s to the phone not the SIM b/c it has more memory space....major problemo now because my phone V400 has gone crazy....it will turn on but the screen is black so I have no way of getting my #'s....I took it to 2 different cingular stores and they tried to retrieve the #'s from the machine after using like a gazillion different cables, but it did not work.
SO the nice lady at cingular suggested that I try and figure out from someone who has a V400 what the steps are to put the #'s from phone to SIM and then try to do it (kind of tricky because remember I can not see the screen, but to save my #'s it is worth the effort)
If one of you kind peoples out there could tell me what the exact steps are to put #'s stored as phone to SIM I will be forever grateful & owe you big time...I just hope that I do not have to individually change each number from phone to SIM, but if I have to I will, being that I do not have 3/4 of my numbers written down...oops
