Motorola V400

Need MPT update?

I finally got Mobile phone tools to hook up to my V400. I have version 1.23 and there is no Multimedia folder. I assume this is with the update. When I run live update it takes me to the BVRP site where it is not available unless I give them the CD code. Can someone either point me where I can get it or send it to me?

There are like 5 threads on the main page discussing where you can download MPT and the update. For starters, check out this thread:

But, the update won't give you the Multimedia folders, you should already have them. Do you have a Motorola cable, one of the cheap ones from Ebay or do you have the crappy FutureDial one that they sell at Radio Shack and Best Buy???

I have the same cable that you have from eforcity on ebay. I downloaded the one you sent me and it looked like it set me back and Icould not get the phone to connect. Where is the multimedia folder located once I hook up? I am confused.

I have version 1.23 and when I try the update it gets me to the BVR homesite where it is not available anymore unless you send them your CD code which I do not have. Also when I install MPT it does not have my phone, V400 listed so I pick something else. How do I get it to list my phone? How can I get the update? I have been working on this for 4 hours a night for over a week. Do I need P2kman? If so where can I find it? I have searched this forum to death.
