Motorola V400

My dad just bought this phone and is headed to Europe in a few weeks and wants to find a charger he can use....not a transformer bc the smallest travel transformer we have been able to find is about 4 inches square and weighs about 4 lbs....anyone know where a charger would be available to order that would solve this problem? Thanks
