How exactly do you download them from those websites??? I have the cable, but dont know what to do from there???

If you have the cable, then you don't hav to download directly from the site. You can save whatever you want (MP3 Ringtones, wallpapers, etc.) to your computer and then using Motorola Phone Tools, you can transfer them to your phone (and vise versa).
