Can someone help with getting ringers and wallpapers??
I have all the programs that I need. I am not sure what to do with them. I open MPT and the media center and there is nothing on the phone side. I was told that there should be some folders???
Any help would be nice.

What version of windows? What version of MPT? When you open MPT is it showing a graphic of the v400 or some other generic looking phone? What type of cable are you using (serial/USB)? Are you trying to use the FutureDial brand cable?
