Help!!! photo quality is rubbish

Hi - need help please. The pic quaility on my 6820 is so bad! I have only had the phone a few days and the pix look shocking! Can anyone help - or offer how to get it sorted out?

I would return the fon and try a different one. Perhaps try using one in the store to see if pic qualit yimnproves, if not then try a different model, there is not a setting to change so that the quality gets better ot worse

I agree, I got a call on the 6820 and pulled it out to troubleshoot. I was completely shocked on how crappy the picture quality was. It was faint and grainy, and had faint white bars running horizontally. I was horrified. My Razr quality is SO much better. The new Motorola's seem to have great photo quality. I just wanted to comment, I thought the pics were shat too. 😲

part of the reason for that is the file type for the images they use, not to mention your V3 has a 262k color screen and the nokia has a damn 4,096 color screen, if this phone had a 65k screen it would be one of the most awesomest phones evar!

Ok people, let's remember, the 6820 was designed for the business user not the consumer. There are many different camera modules out there. Some Nokia's , lik e the new 6230 have a very good camera.. others not because that is not the main focus of the phone.... PUN Intended.
