IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE THIS PHONE ON CINGULAR?

i might get cingular but i dont kno if its possible to unluck this phone and use it on cingular.

Not even close. Sprint's technology is CDMA (like Verizon) while Cingular's is TDMA and GSM (like AT&T).

Sure would be nice. That e316/e317 sounds like it has alot of problems. Can anyone tell me if the a680 has these problems:

The e316/317 cannot customize the wallpaper on the ext screen can this?
Is the audio quality in the videos low? 😕

nope, i work at cingular warranty service center and every phone that cingular offers, or will accept has to take sim cards, if you want cingular wireless just get the v3 razr they are nice phones and not many defaults "yet"
