i also just bought a a680 through bell mobility.. and i had it 7 days when it slipped out of my pocket and i dropped it about 3 feet and it broke the lcd screen,,,,
i took it back to bell moblilty and they said it is not covered by warranty,,
are these phones not tested to see how durable they are ???
this should be a warranty issue,, it was the first time i dropped it..
Are there not drop test specifications avaible??
