Freeze
☹️ everytime i go to delete something off my phone (like a ringtone), it completely freezes! i have to take the battery out, wait a minute then put it back in, and it freezes all over again. SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!!!

I had the same problem with mine. Except I wasn't deleting anything I was trying to put a contraction into a TM. (aren't can't don't etc...) I would freeze and then just shut itself off. I took it to Warranty Exchange and they fixed it but now my picture messaging doens't work. So I have to go back to them anyway... But yeah that freezing thing is a phone issue
