HELP! Freezing
My a680 keeps freezing whenever i try to download anything, even from the sprint download center. I've tried turning my phone on and off, enabling/disabling vision, updating my vision profile...everything! do i need a firmware update or is there an easier way?
btw, if i get a firmware update, will all the programs and stuff be erased from my phone?
