I experienced several problems last Sept. about 3 weeks after I received my new 6230 from Cingular. After spending 20 minutes waiting and responding to questions, the customer service rep. asked me, "Which phone do you want—the LG or the Motorola?" Needless to say, I was ticked.....the local Cingular store replaced my 6230 with another new 6230. I canceled my insurance program with Cingular as they are incapable of replacing my phone with the same model. If I need further repair assistance, I will most likely send it to the Nokia warranty repair center in Florida bypassing Cingular altogether.
