I am going to get one of the two phones. Either the Nokia 6230 or the Moto V3. I need to know what you guys think. What I want is the phone that's better for making calls. I need the better RF. All the other stuff is secondary, because the two phones are pretty similar on features. So give me your input.

I don't know about other features, but the Razr has almost 7 hrs talk time vs the 6230 has 3 hrs talk time.

Yeah. My wife got the 6230 almost a month ago and I have been carrying a V3 for the last three days. I like both phones real well, but it is still a toss up between the two.

More talk time doesn't help if it fails to work at all. Read the V3 ratings vs 6230 here.
The V3 has reliability problems.

dude are you crazy? I just got the Nokia the other day and I had the same problem as you. The v3 seems to be just a hey look at me phone. call volume on that phone isn't very loud unless you're on speaker phone, you can't watch tv on that phone and cingular doesn't even allow insurance on that phone for as much money as the darn thing costs!!! I like the 6230 I'm still in my grace period and everything but i've been watching movies on it, it has good call volume and the speakerphone is great. Also the mmc card will save you a lot of money in case you need warranty help on the phone. You can save downloaded ringers and graphics to it. I'm not sure if the v3 has a mmc card. but it's up to you. With the 6230 you also get more bang for your buck...
