I wouldnt count on it. Since this phone is EDGE capible, i would count on either ATT or Cingular (which is going to buy up ATT) to carry it.

T-Mobile has a great majority of their network EDGE ready. In Houston we are 80% EDGE ready but are in no hurry to roll it out as there is vigorous testing with EDGE devices.
So it doesn't make any difference who has EDGE first but what will matter is how well that technology will function.
