Nokia 6230

Yes. I have had problems with my Nokia 6230. One of the things that would happen would be that I would take a video clip or audio recording and when I would end the recording process to review what I have taken, the phone would display the unknown format icon (a yellow square with a question mark). At that time, it would completely become unresponsive to my controls and reset. However it was not a reset to where it would turn off completely and turn back on. Instead, I would get the WOD (white screen of death) and after a few seconds the backlight would go out. Then the phone would return to normal, but the backlight would still be out. Only after another few seconds will it turn on by itself again. I had acted upon my warranty and received a new 6230 thinking that the original problem had something to do with connections to the battery. I still have the problem, but it is not very severe at all - just from time to time. Anyway, it's been so long since I used the phone full-time that I have upgraded to the SE w810i.

I believe I got my 6230 December of 2004. Can anyone tell me if I have a 6230b or 6230ens?
