Using Data Suite Transfer

I can not get the transfer files part of datasuite to work with my phone. It just comes up with the message not supported!
Can use music editor, picture editor and sound editor to get files on but can't take files off and move them around.
Anyone else having this problem?
Tried with IrDA and Bluetooth, versions 5.8, 6.0 and 6.1
5.8 will let you create a new folder to put files on but if you then close Datasuite down the folder is not accessible again.

I have contacted Nokia direct and discovered you need to rename the "mmc" memory card on the phone in order for data suite to read the phone!
