Reference phone numbers?

After reading a number of threads, it looks like everyone has suggested a number of people, places or things to contact on a hot line, call center, dials in support ... well you get it.
I wanted to see if anyone had good numbers that directly connected you with a live person and would be so kind as to post those numbers and we could keep them in 1 place?
Just a thought, I will start it off with the shortest "Q" I have found in a very long time for:
Cingular: 800-356-9752
HELP: 911 - I hope you all have that one already...
Cellular help: 611 " see above " : >
