You are better off getting the Motorola Phone tools if you want to sync Contacts and Schedule with Outlook on your PC. The Mobile Office kit does not sync the Scheduler.
Do a search of this forum and there is links to where you can get it cheap and also the instructions for loading and setting it up properly including links to the USB modem driver you will need.
