Verizon wireless doesn't have it new anymore, and I haven't found anyone that does. There's some used on auction sites and the like.
Concerning the GIN, it sounds like, one way or another, the address for the GIN gateway server is gone from the phone's settings -- that should be solvable if you're willing to call cs and get passed up the troubleshooting chain until you land in the lap of someone with some knowledge.
